Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner role in a manufacturing setting or 5+ years in a non-manufacturing setting.
• 1+ year of experience in supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies to manage labor relations.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Support and consult on the talent acquisition process.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring HR metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
