The role combines recruiting with day-to-day HR support to strengthen the operation and create a positive employee experience across Kentucky. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, advise leaders, and implement practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong employee relations and full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to advise operations leaders and navigate difficult employee situations.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and balances planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to manufacturing leaders, supervisors, and employees.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and other positions across Kentucky.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, and corrective action.
• Coordinate onboarding, maintain HRIS records, and manage daily HR activities.
• Identify workforce challenges and partner with operations to implement practical solutions.
