Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to manufacturing operations. You will drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, talent initiatives, and compliance to support business objectives and operational excellence.

Based on-site at our Florence, KY campus, you will partner with leaders to develop workforce plans, coach on performance and development, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a strategic Human Resources Business Partner role within a matrixed organization.
2+ years supporting manufacturing operations.
Experience managing employee relations matters and HR policy application.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute people strategies aligning with operational objectives.
Advise leaders on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
Foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment and employee engagement.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development.
