• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill skilled trades and maintenance positions.
• Conduct intake meetings and evaluate technical competencies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, trade schools, military programs, and industry associations.
• Partner with all levels of leadership and manage ATS documentation, metrics, compliance, and onboarding.
