Razorjack Recruiting/ R G Resources, Inc. is seeking an hands-on HR Business Partner to partner with operations, build relationships, and solve workforce challenges in a manufacturing setting.

The role combines recruiting with day-to-day HR support to strengthen the operation and create a positive employee experience across Kentucky. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, advise leaders, and implement practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong employee relations and full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to advise operations leaders and navigate difficult employee situations.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and balances planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
