Steel King Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide hands-on HR support at the New London location.

This role partners with plant leadership to implement HR programs, policies, and standards, ensuring a healthy, accountable work environment and a consistent employee experience. The HR Partner collaborates with the Plant Manager, HR & Safety Services Manager, and corporate HR program owners to coach leaders, manage employee relations, and drive workforce

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Progressively responsible experience in human resources and employee relations.
• Experience handling confidential information and HR investigations.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, reporting, and workforce programs.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to translate workforce needs into recruiting priorities.
• Manage recruiting activity, candidate experience, and days-to-fill metrics.
• Develop apprenticeship programs, onboarding processes, and training plans.
• Support workers' compensation, leave coordination, and safety initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and leaders to drive an effective employee experience.
