Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment regulations.
• Experience supporting recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to analyze information and prepare reports.
• Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and staffing: partner with operations to attract, hire, and retain talent.
• Employee relations: guide supervisors on performance and workplace concerns.
• HR administration: review new-hire paperwork and performance cycles.
• HR compliance: assist audits and training to meet laws and policies.
• New employee orientation: coordinate orientation and provide policy information.
• Employee development: identify training needs and facilitate programs.
• HR reporting and analytics: collect and summarize HR data for decision making.
• Benefits and HR support: assist with benefits administration and records.
• HR team leadership: supervise day-to-day HR team activities.
• Safety and GMP compliance: promote safe workplace and GMP adherence.
• Cross-functional collaboration: participate in HR strategy and continuous improvement teams.
• Professional development: maintain HR knowledge through education and networks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
