Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is hiring an HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility in Iowa. You will support employees and leaders across recruitment, employee relations, retention, benefits administration, compliance, and development.

You will partner with operations to implement workforce strategies, drive engagement, apply HR policies consistently, and guide supervisors to maintain a safe, productive work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Experience supporting recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to analyze information and prepare reports.
• Ability to work with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and staffing partnerships with operations leaders for attracting and developing a skilled workforce.
• Provide guidance on workplace concerns, performance management, and personnel issues.
• Review employment transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance audits and training.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Assist in identifying training needs and delivering programs.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize HR data to support decisions.
• Support benefits administration and HR programs.
• Supervise day-to-day HR team activities.
• Promote a safe, GMP-aligned workplace and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on HR strategy and improvement teams.
• Maintain current HR knowledge through continuing education and professional involvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
