The HRBP will manage recruitment, job descriptions, HR data integrity, timekeeping, benefits, Open Enrollment, and safety coordination, while coaching leadership and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and coaching supervisors.
• Safety and compliance knowledge for manufacturing environments.

Aufgaben

• Partner with HR Manager to execute HR initiatives across plant locations.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and business needs.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure timecards are reviewed and processed by payroll deadlines.
• Identify and resolve timekeeping discrepancies with payroll.
• Provide translation/interpretation support as needed.
• Support Open Enrollment and benefits inquiries.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects.
• Support HSSE with return‑to‑work coordination and safety docs.
• Oversee leave administration (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Counsel management on HR plans and programs across org.
• Assist payroll and benefits processing; handle hires/terminations.
• Investigate employee concerns and ensure compliant resolution.
• Administer personnel policies and training/orientation.
• Maintain HR records and documentation integrity.
• Ensure PPE and safety procedures are followed.
• Other duties to support operations.
