ALCOM LLC in Sioux Falls is actively seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with plant leadership and oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, training, and workforce planning for roughly 100 employees in our Sioux Falls operation.

The role emphasizes fostering a positive workplace culture, driving HR programs, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Strong HRIS experience and manufacturing familiarity are valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and UKG Ready; implementation experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding for approx. 100 employees.
• Manage employee relations and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Administer compensation, performance management, and development programs.
• Coach leaders on engagement and performance improvement.
• Manage HRIS data integrity and system implementations.
• Track HR metrics like turnover and recruiting effectiveness.
• Coordinate training programs including safety and harassment prevention.
• Support workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvement.
