Alcom LLC in Sioux Falls is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with plant leadership and 100+ employees. You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, training, engagement, and workforce planning to support business goals and foster a positive culture.

Ideal candidates will bring five+ years of HR experience, manufacturing exposure, and hands-on HRIS knowledge (ADP Workforce Now, UKG Ready).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and UKG Ready; implementation experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and 100+ employees.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, retention, and development.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Administer compensation, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Coach leaders on engagement, performance improvement, and HR processes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system implementations.
• Track HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and recruitment effectiveness.
• Coordinate safety, harassment prevention, and leadership development training.
• Support workers' compensation, unemployment, and return-to-work programs.
