Link Snacks is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic and hands‑on HR business partner to manufacturing leadership. You will guide personnel and daily HR operations, help attract, recruit, and retain talent, and build structure, systems, programs, and processes to drive business success.

The role oversees compensation, performance, and engagement programs. The position is based in Underwood, IA with monthly travel to Laurens, IA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive manufacturing human resources experience.
• 2+ years’ experience leading HR team members.
• Ability to travel 20%.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic HR partner to plant leadership for workforce planning and talent management.
• Lead and develop onsite HR team and ensure consistent HR processes.
• Promote positive workplace culture, engagement, and strong relationships across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with corporate HR and other functions to resolve issues and implement initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics to drive improvements.
