Job summary

Corle Building Systems, Inc. is hiring an on-site HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for a manufacturing workforce. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and regulatory reporting, ensuring legal compliance and a positive workplace culture.

The role emphasizes partnership with managers, data integrity in the HRIS, and coordinating government filings while supporting daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, 3+ years in HR Generalist
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom, Workday, ADP)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Oversee performance management cycles and development plans
• Administer benefits, leave management, and open enrollment
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting
• Ensure compliance with employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Support employee relations and coaching for managers
