Job summary

Tomball Controls is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions at our Texas manufacturing facility. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management to align HR with production goals.

Key duties include developing hiring strategies for production roles, ensuring OSHA and other laws compliance, administering benefits, and supporting management with payroll, HRIS reporting, and workforce analytics to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• SHRM or PHR certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and staffing for production and technical roles
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, EEOC and local laws
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs
• Implement performance appraisal systems and coach managers
• Administer benefits and incentive programs and conduct market analysis
• Maintain HRIS records and generate leadership reports
• Track attendance, turnover and other HR metrics
