Job summary

Tomball Controls, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production activities under the Plant Manager, ensuring safe and efficient operations at our Texas facilities.

The role requires leadership, analytics, and a proven track record in manufacturing, with emphasis on safety, quality, and process improvement. Candidates should be able to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years' supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of safety and health laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other managers and supervisors to coordinate activities in and among departments.
• Collects, evaluates, analyzes, and assesses production data.
• Regularly inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects.
• Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to safety and health.
• Develops and implements procedures and strategies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
