Tomball Controls, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions at our Texas manufacturing facility. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training and performance management to align HR strategies with operational goals.

This role requires 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus; occasional travel between sites may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
