Paycom seeks an HR leader to drive day-to-day HR operations for a multi-shift manufacturing workforce in Gainesville, Texas. You will partner with ownership, managers, and supervisors to support employees, ensure accurate administration, and align staffing with business needs in an employee-first culture.

You will manage payroll, HRIS, benefits, leaves, and compliance, while advising on consistency, documentation, and policy application.

Competenze

• HR management or comparable leadership experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS.
• Excellent organization, confidentiality, and conflict resolution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; manufacturing HR experience.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across a multi-shift manufacturing workforce.
• Administer payroll, HRIS records, benefits, and timekeeping corrections in Paycom.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, COBRA coordination, and retirement plan administration.
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA processes, leaves, and workers’ compensation.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Texas employment laws; audit policies.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and development plans.
• Support employee engagement and HR reporting across shifts.
