Job summary

Frazier Industrial Company in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to recruit for all location positions, draft job descriptions, post ads, interview candidates, coordinate interviews and start dates, perform reference checks, and manage candidate tracking. The role also supports HR administration for the plant and cross-trains with the Office Manager.

The incumbent will handle onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, training, onboarding, compliance with employment

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting and HR generalist experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction company is highly preferred.
• Experience with the full recruiting lifecycle: posting, interviewing, onboarding, and staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for all location positions: write descriptions, post ads, interview candidates, coordinate interviews and start dates.
• Conduct reference checks and candidate tracking; arrange pre-employment screenings.
• Support HR administration for the plant and cross-train with Office Manager.
