Job summary

Fralock is seeking an HR Generalist to provide full lifecycle HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, onboard new hires, and partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits.

You will maintain HRIS data, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive process improvements across multiple sites. This is an onsite role with full benefits and 75k–95k DOE, based in Valencia, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, candidate screening, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Serve as HR resource for policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations investigations, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain HRIS data for hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, benefits, leaves, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate training and employee development, merit increases, and compensation processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics.
