Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance, etc.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders on policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and HRBPs to resolve issues and support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, training, audits, and leaves of absence.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs and track metrics to optimize HR support.
