Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment: post ads, source candidates, interview and extend offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment and orientation.
• Maintain HRIS data and confidential employee records.
• Administer leaves of absence and workers’ compensation benefits.
• Provide policy interpretation on recruitment, benefits and employee relations.
• Support employee events and recognition programs.
• Stay current on employment laws to minimize risk.
