Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment laws.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and collaborate with different teams.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership with site leadership and supervisors.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Employee relations, investigations, and solution recommendations.
• Talent acquisition support and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems (Workday preferred) and Excel.
• Analyze HR data and report trends to leadership.
• Drive engagement initiatives and site events.
• Participate in HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
