Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics seeks an HR Generalist I for our Chandler, AZ manufacturing site. You will partner with leaders, handle non-exempt recruiting, compliance, workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes, and support HR projects to improve efficiency.

The role requires confidentiality, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of state and federal HR laws, with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Knowledge of HR Generalist concepts and applicable laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact and first line support for HR functions within defined client groups.
• Own non-exempt recruiting and coordinate temporary staffing with third-party provider; manage applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Drug-Free Workplace, ADA, payroll audits and other regulations.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation and Return-to-Work programs; partner with leadership and vendors.
• Support HR projects to improve efficiency and organizational development.
