KLA Industries in Dayton, OH is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with operations, handle day-to-day HR inquiries, and support employee relations. This on-site role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on compliance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Employee & Operational HR Support: primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: partner with hiring managers and recruiters to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Employee Relations & Administration: collaborate with operations leadership and HRBPs to resolve issues, handle corrective actions, and support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Compliance & HR Operations: ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, training requirements, audits, leaves of absence, FMLA, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Culture, Wellness & Analytics: lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs while tracking turnover and staffing trends.
