• Provide on-site HR support for employees and supervisors; interpret policies and employment practices.
• Manage routine employee relations, conduct investigations, support conflict resolution with HR leadership guidance.
• Collaborate with leaders on attendance and performance management actions; support development activities.
• Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle activities to ensure positive employee experience.
