DOE salary of $65k–$80k is offered with comprehensive client benefits. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and possess strong employee relations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• At least three years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on employee relations required.
• Experience addressing employee concerns, assisting with investigations, managing corrective actions, and coaching supervisors.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding.
• Working understanding of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Sound judgment, ability to navigate sensitive situations and protect confidential information.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize demands, and follow through to completion.
• Paycom experience preferred; HRIS experience beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee engagement.
• Assist supervisors on performance management, attendance, corrective action, and documentation.
• Maintain presence across the facility to build trust with employees and leadership.
• Back up benefits administration and payroll as needed.
• Support HR projects, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruitment process management from posting to onboarding and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies to address workforce needs and open roles.
