Job summary

The role collaborates with supervisors and the HR Director to promote policies, investigations, payroll and benefits backups, and a positive work environment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, with strong employee relations.
• Experience handling employee concerns, investigations, corrective actions, and coaching.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Paycom.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner for employee relations and supervisor support.
• Lead recruitment process: requisitions, postings, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate background checks, references, and new hire documentation.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Support policy administration and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Provide backup support for benefits administration and payroll.
• Maintain Paycom employee records and HR reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
