Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management, timekeeping, payroll support, benefits, compliance, and employee communications.

The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to support multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On-site, hourly position with flexible hours across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years HR administration/coordinator experience.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new employees; coordinate documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and audit employee records; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with payroll support, timekeeping, and benefit enrollment details.
• Support compliance with labor laws and OSHA requirements; assist audits and reporting.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment events and employee communications.
• Assist with recruiting; update ATS and recruiting process logistics.
