Job summary

GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. The Recruiter role is onsite at our Tempe, AZ facility, focusing on full recruiting lifecycle and candidate experience.

You will partner with managers to fill open roles across multiple locations, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate offers, onboarding, and recruitment strategy improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations and multiple states.
• Familiarity with HR-specific systems.
• Proven success interviewing via phone, video, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to assess hiring needs for each role.
• Drive full recruiting lifecycle across multiple roles.
• Maintain relationships with a pool of qualified candidates.
• Partner with leadership to design recruitment strategies.
• Post jobs on boards and social platforms.
• Develop hiring plans with managers and onboarding programs.
• Screen resumes and manage candidates through the process.
