GTI Energy is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR admin, recruiting, benefits, and compliance. The role requires high organization and discretion in a fast-paced setting with cross-department collaboration.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR experience, with knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and HR regulations. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers. Our scope spans Engineering, prototype builds, through full production, requiring teams that can move fast, adapt, and execute with precision.

This position also supports HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, processing personnel documentation, tracking compliance requirements, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. The Human Resource Coordinator works closely with leadership and employees across departments to ensure HR processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational goals and company culture.
