Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, organizational development, HR, education, or business.
• Experience developing employee communications, engagement initiatives, and/or training programs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or employee development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with priorities and objectives.
• Partner with leaders to deliver timely, accurate employee communications.
• Manage communication channels, digital platforms, and calendars for consistent messaging.
• Support leadership communications, town halls, workforce meetings, and engagement forums.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and connection to priorities.
• Coordinate training logistics and learning events for hourly and salaried employees.
• Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives and events.
