Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support our Riverside manufacturing operation. You will help with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, records, and employee communications to ensure smooth HR processes and excellent service.

The role covers employee support, development initiatives, compliance, and collaboration with departments on HR programs. This position is based in an office environment with routine interactions in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years HR or administrative experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to employees and leaders regarding HR-related questions and processes.
• Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with HR communications, policy updates, and organizational announcements.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire processing.
• Assist with employee development initiatives, training coordination, and career pathing activities.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate scheduling, and hiring logistics.
• Support relationships with temporary staffing agencies and contingent workforce providers.
• Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding paperwork.
• Support benefits administration and employee enrollment activities.
• Assist with compensation-related recordkeeping and reporting.
• Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and document management initiatives.
