Polywater Corporation seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with the Director of HR on recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee communications, while engaging with production staff and leadership.

The role emphasizes organization, initiative, and discretion, with an expected on-site presence and a pathway to an HR Generalist role as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, benefits, or admin support.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce is helpful.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings, review applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment requirements under HR Director guidance.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation, paperwork, policy acknowledgments, and training documentation.
• Process employee transfers, promotions, status changes, and separations.
• Maintain personnel, payroll, benefit, and training records with confidentiality.
• Support performance reviews and employee communications and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with leave-of-absence, workers' comp, return-to-work, and compliance processes.
