Riverside Health seeks an HR Specialist I to support basic HR transactions across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure timely completion of pre-employment tasks, coordinate onboarding events with Employee Health, and maintain candidate profiles in Workday.

You’ll work with internal partners to refine job descriptions and ensure smooth new hire processes. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a BA/HR- related degree preferred, and at least 1 year of HR experience.
