Symbiotic Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support a manufacturing client’s HR team on-site in North Carolina. The role covers recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits, HRIS data management, and employee inquiries, with a focus on confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.

The position is temporary, on-site through December 2026, with a flexible schedule of 15–30 hours per week. Experience in manufacturing HR is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of administrative, office support, or HR experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and screenings.
• Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data entry, and employee inquiries.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
• Support HR initiatives, projects, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and workplace safety guidelines.
