Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking a Group Leader for Milling, Grinding and Polishing optics on a compressed 6pm-6am schedule, Sunday-Tuesday with alternate Saturdays. You will lead 15+ technicians across multiple work centers, ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-quality optics, and drive continuous improvements in process efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean and CI experience, and collaboration with Production Engineering to industrialize new products while coaching a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or engineering preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience: 5+ years supervisory/leadership in manufacturing or optics fabrication.
• 10+ years in complex manufacturing/production environment; optics/semiconductor/cleanroom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15+ optical technicians across multiple work centers to meet KPIs.
• Set production schedules and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, manage performance and disciplinary issues in line with policies.
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-quality optics and maintain production continuity across shifts.
