Job summary

ASML Wilton, CT seeks a Milling, Grinding and Polishing Group Leader for the Front End Night shift (6pm-6am). You will lead 15+ optical technicians across several work centers, ensuring safe, on-time delivery of high-quality optics and driving process improvements with Production and Development Engineers.

This role emphasizes LEAN practices, coaching, and cross-shift collaboration to maintain world-class quality and production continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing
• 10+ years of complex manufacturing/production environment experience preferred (optics/semiconductor)
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred
• Strong LEAN manufacturing and CI experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15+ optical technicians across several work centers
• Set up and execute detailed production schedules within the Manufacturing Plan
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure on-time delivery and high quality product, meeting KPIs
• Administer performance reviews and enforce company policies
