The role of the Manufacturing General Laborer associate is to have the ability to operate all the stations that manufacture padlock bodies and shackles according to the Order of Operations for each station. The associate must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for 8 hours, can use your hands for 8 hours and work in a fast-paced environment meeting daily goals of 3,500 manufactured per day. The associate will also be involved in the changeovers and set-ups which involve reading instructions, using tools and measuring with micrometers.
$17.53 per week
