Adecco is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate in Delavan, Wisconsin, to join a clean, temperature-controlled facility. Pay starts at $16.50–$18.00 per hour with weekly pay and a 4‑day workweek.
Two shifts are available: 1st shift 5:00 AM–3:00 PM and 2nd shift 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, with long weekends and Fridays–Sundays off. This contract‑to‑hire role offers training and a supportive team environment.

Assemble products using basic hand tools and equipment
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively to meet production goals
