Adecco is hiring for an Assembly Operator in Wisconsin Delavan to start a stable manufacturing career with no prior experience required. Training is provided, and pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Job description

Looking for a stable job with great hours, weekly pay, and long weekends? Start your manufacturing career with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and growth. Available Shifts

1st Shift

  • Monday - Thursday

  • 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift

  • Monday - Thursday

  • 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Enjoy a 4-day work week every week and a 3-day weekend.

What You'll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you'll play an important role in building quality products in a clean and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assembling parts and components according to specifications

  • Using basic hand tools and production equipment

  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Following safety guidelines and work instructions
