Job summary

Insight Global's client in Morristown, TN seeks a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will use CMMS to manage work orders, allocate resources, and report on activities, while closely supporting the Director of Facilities Operations as a key deputy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance, coordination, or integrated facilities management.
• Backup for the Director when needed and leadership alignment.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on CMMS experience, Keystone preferred.
• Strong building systems knowledge: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work orders.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Administrative skills: reporting, timecard review, invoicing, inventory support.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with housekeeping/soft services coordination.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning meetings in consumer goods.
• Exposure to inventory management and materials ordering systems.
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflows and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Manage work orders, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with the Director of Facilities Operations as backup.
• Provide reporting, timecard review, invoicing, and inventory support.
• Coordinate technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
