Job summary

CEMCO LLC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and support maintenance activities at the assigned manufacturing facility. You will serve as the primary CMMS administrator, manage preventive maintenance, and help minimize downtime while maximizing equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field; 3+ years in maintenance planning/coor.
• Experience with CMMS administration and purchasing processes.
• Ability to manage inventory, vendor quotes, and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the CMMS, asset records, PM schedules, work orders.
• Plans and schedules preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinates labor, downtime, and resources; liaises with vendors.
• Sources parts, quotes, purchase requisitions; tracks inventory.
• Generates reports and tracks KPIs like PM completion and downtime.
• Supports maintenance projects, equipment installations, and safety compliance.
