Qualifications

  • 7+ years in maintenance planning or leadership within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Experience using a CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules to support production and maximize equipment reliability.
  • Manage maintenance work orders from planning through completion, ensuring labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements are in place.
  • Prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate planned outages, equipment overhauls, and shutdown activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall performance.
  • Coordinate contractor activities and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history within the CMMS.
  • Monitor maintenance performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with maintenance budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
