Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Sr. OPEX/Continuous Improvement Engineer for our Greenwood, SC facility. This onsite role will lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop engineering documentation, and collaborate with the SCM team on capital projects.

You will drive line improvements, implement MES/Industry 4.0, and train operators in processes and tooling. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing CI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or continuous improvement engineering experience.
• Relocation not offered; must reside within Greenwood, SC area.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication and assembly processes to improve layout and material handling.
• Lead shop floor/rapid improvement events to reduce costs.
• Train operators on equipment, tooling, and procedures.
