Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication and assembly processes and tooling design.
• Develop and implement improvements to manufacturing procedures and material handling.
• Train factory operators in equipment use and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee changes and upgrades to the facility.
• Lead events to achieve factory cost-out targets in your area.
• Determine optimal methods to produce parts for new products or customer orders.
• Conduct line capacity analysis and lead productivity improvement initiatives.
• Specify, design, install, and maintain equipment for use in manufacturing.
• Support MES implementation and digital initiatives (Industry 4.0).
• Support Lean, Six Sigma and Pro Launch with Process Maps, Standard Work, and more.
