Job summary

Nestlé Crete, Nebraska is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist who will train, coach, and assess teams in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma. You will dive into data to identify opportunities to improve performance and processes, leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related technical/STEM discipline.
• OR: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3+ years of operational experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and analyze reports, including stoppage analysis and other production line data.
• Responsible for managing industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestlé Manufacturing performance metrics.
• Provide continuous improvement project support and leadership, including delegated supervision of employees assigned to those tasks.
• Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world-class manufacturing.
• Work with leadership across the factory to support all manufacturing excellence activities.
