Job summary

Nestlé Crete, located in Crete, Nebraska, seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to train, coach and assess teams in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related STEM.
3+ years of operational experience in manufacturing/industrial/technical environments.

Responsibilities

Gather data and analyze reports, including stoppage analysis and other production line data.
Responsible for managing industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestlé Manufacturing performance metrics.
Provide continuous improvement project support and leadership, including delegated supervision of employees allocated to those assignments.
Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world-class manufacturing.
Work with leadership across the factory to support all manufacturing excellence activities.
