• 4 years manufacturing or manufacturing support experience with 2 years supervisory leadership (internal) or 6 years with 4 years supervisory leadership (external).
• Ability to analyze and present large amounts of manufacturing data, develop corrective actions, implement solutions, and reinforce through accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the operation of assigned assets with a focus on safety, quality, and cost.
• Develop and support metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to drive performance toward targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop standard rates for output, staffing, and asset utilization annually.
• Support cost quoting for new products, assess feasibility, and identify production blockers.
