Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for operations across shifts and optimize staffing to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatch admin, and 3PL providers.
• Develop and support KPIs and scorecards; monitor performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage budgeting and monthly variance reviews.
