Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations at our Sheboygan Falls facility. You will supervise shipping, receiving, dispatch/admin, and 3PL partners to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business and relevant supervisory experience. Manager II favors 6 years' experience with leadership and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management or business is required.
• Relevant warehouse or warehouse support experience with supervisory leadership is required (4 years for Manager I, 6 years for Manager II).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations for assigned facilities across all shifts to maximize asset utilization and staffing efficiency.
• Develop and support metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to ensure performance targets and strategic objectives.
• Oversee multiple functional areas including shipping, receiving, dispatch/admin, 3PL providers, and carriers.
